It could soon be time to play Crash in glorious 1080p.

A remaster of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the 2007 FPS that launched the franchise into the stratosphere and is still widely regarded as the best entry in the series, is more than likely on its way, a tweet from the game’s official Twitter account suggests.

Publisher Activision has yet to release an official statement regarding the new game or the alleged remaster, but the company is allegedly set to stage an event unveiling its latest entry in the series on May 3rd
