Most Craved | Rogue One, Doctor Strange, Fantastic Beasts and More!

Even previews need reviews, so this week on Most Craved we’re taking a look at some of the most talked about trailers of the year, which are emerging in advance of the blockbuster summer season. The future of Marvel superheroes and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the past of Harry Potter and the various star wars, and whatever the heck is going on in Angry Birds awaits you in our latest, trailer-centric episode!

So take a gander at why Doctor Strange is turning heads, what the tiny bit of dialogue from the trailer tells us about its place in the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe, and why Doctor Strange’s voice is freaking one of your hosts out so much. Then we’ll consider the ramifications of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and why a nod to classic movie history is making it feel of a piece with your favorite Star Wars stories even though it seems so totally new. And then there’s Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a film that somehow – and presumably by accident – managed to find itself in philosophical opposition to Angry Birds. We’re as surprised as you. And of course there’s Suicide Squad, a movie that might revive the good will recently lost by Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but might be heading straight down that same whirlpool.

All this and a plot hole in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trailer await you, so watch the episode below and contact us all on Twitter at @MostCraved@WilliamBibbiani and @JennaBusch. We’ll be back next week with an all-new episode of Most Craved!
