Alt-J are clearly spreading their sonic wings with “Left Hand Free,” the latest offering from their upcoming new album This Is All Yours, out on Sept. 22. Check out the track below, which has a late-60s psychedelic bend to it. We’re sold.
The track follows a haunting, downtempo “Hunger of the Pine” from the new album, which we’re not most definitely excited to hear. Between This Is All Yours and the new Death From Above 1979 album, September is shaping up to be quite an excellent month for new music.

ALt-J appeared out of nowhere with an hypnotically excellent, ethereal debut album An Awesome Wave. Two years later, the quartet has become a trio and returned with a tremendously good first taste of their sophomore release – which makes us all the more excited for their Treasure Island festival appearance alongside Massive Attack, Outkast and more.
