In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the incredible 3 Feet High And Rising, De La Soul has made their entire catalog available for free.
Head to De La Soul’s website, where until tomorrow at 12 p.m. ET. an email address will open access to any of the group’s albums. This is particularly awesome to old-school hip-hop fans, as the group’s catalog has previously been unavailable through digital outlets such as iTunes, due to use of unlicensed samples.
Additionally, DLS is set to release a slew of new songs through its site this Spring, as well as Premium Soul On The Rocks, an EP it made with DJ Premiere and Pete Rock. This will be followed by the release of You’re Welcome, its first full album since 2004’s The Grind Date.
