‘Zelda: Ocarina Of Time’ Soundtrack To Be Recorded By Orchestra, Released On Vinyl

Koji Kondo’s iconic music score for The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time played a huge role in making the game one of the most timeless and memorable of all time.

Now, production company iam8bit have announced that they’ll be working with Materia Collective and the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra to record the soundtrack live. The recording will be titled Hero Of Time and will be released on vinyl in January 2017, with Ryan Brinkerhoff’s incredible album artwork already unveiled.

The performance will be arranged by legendary game, film and television composer Eric Buchholz – the mind behind The Legend Of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony back in 2011, and more recently The Legend Of Zelda: Symphony Of The Goddesses tour.

The record will come to you care of two, 180 gram vinyls coloured Green and Purple Rupee. You can pre-order them for early 2017 delivery now.
