Exclusive Preview | ‘Berlin Station’ Episode 6

This weekend, the second half of Berlin Station‘s first season will begin as a critical operation unfolds, and it may hold the key for everyone’s future at the agency…if their plans can survive the various conflicting agendas.

The thing you have to remember about this show is that everyone stationed at the CIA’s Berlin outpost has something they want…and it doesn’t necessarily coincide with the best interests of their country or their mission. Station chief Steven Frost (Richard Jenkins) is eager to hide his own crimes while angling for a promotion within the agency. Meanwhile, his deputy chief Robert Kirsch (Leland Orser) is so desperate to feel wanted that he’s offering to cook breakfast for prostitutes and pledging his allegiance to Israel’s intelligence agency without taking a dime from them. Their worst enemy is Hector DeJean (Rhys Ifans), the man behind the Thomas Shaw leaks. Hector wants to feel powerful, but he was outmaneuvered in last week’s episode, even as he further intruded upon the family of Daniel Miller (Richard Armitage).

In CraveOnline’s exclusive preview from the next episode of Berlin Station, Michelle Forbes’ Valerie Edwards calls out Frost and Kirsch for their obvious duplicity, and it sets off a war of words that’s been building all season. Valerie is clearly on to something, but it’s not like her hands are completely clean either. Everyone has an agenda, even her.

Here’s the description of this week’s episode from Epix:

“Valerie’s investigation into Aleksandre and Ruth Iosava comes to a head in a German/American sting Operation involving Clare Itani, CIA Officer and Hector’s lover. Langley’s unannounced participation moves things from bad to worse.”

The sixth episode of Berlin Station will debut this Sunday, November 20 at 9pm, only on Epix!
