Drake Announces New Album More Life: The Playlist

Drake revealed to fans this weekend that he’s following up his album Views with a new album, More Life. He also released three songs from the upcoming project.

According to reports, Drake made the announcement during his Sunday airing of his OVO Radio show on Apple’s Beats 1. He played three new tracks: “Two Birds One Stone,” “Sneakin'” and “Fake Love.”

He said (via Entertainment Weekly), “I’m off like mixtapes, I want to do a playlist. I want to give you a collection of songs that become the soundtrack to your life, so this More Life: The Playlist. Like I said, dropping in December. All original music from me…. You might hear some tunes from the family on there, but I’m just really excited. I had a great tour, I had a great summer. And most people, I guess, would like go probably take a break. But for me I just want to get right back to it. Be with the people again.”

Drake has received a number of accolades lately, including 10 nominations for the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards (he won for Best Hip-Hop Video and Album of the Year), and due to popular demand, he extended his Boy Meets World Tour.
