U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman nullified Tom Brady‘s four-game suspension today, saying that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell used “his own brand of industrial justice” and unfairly punished the Patriots quarterback for what was deemed an unproven role in the Deflategate scandal.
