A former Bravo producer has shared a disturbing account of her experience working with the network. Lauren Fluker recalled an incident that allegedly put her in danger during filming. She also claimed a senior producer discouraged her from reporting what happened.

During an October 31 appearance on Renegade Rainbow, Lauren Fluker discussed workplace safety. The former producer worked on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Beverly Hills, and Potomac. She appeared on the podcast hosted by former Bravo staffer Patrick McDonald.

Fluker explained that production teams sometimes prioritize filming over employee safety. She described how producers coordinate cast arrivals so cameras can capture the moment. However, she said cast members must follow instructions when driving to prevent accidents.

She then recalled an incident involving an unnamed Housewife and her G-Wagon. An executive producer reportedly instructed Fluker to stop the woman from entering an event until the cameras were ready.

“I’m standing in front of her G-Wagon. She doesn’t want to wait, and she’s getting irate,” Fluker recalled.

She claimed the woman then “pressed the gas,” forcing her to jump out of the way. Other people reportedly witnessed the incident and questioned what they had seen.

Despite the frightening encounter, Fluker said her immediate concern was the production schedule. “We ain’t getting that arrival,” she remembered thinking. She admitted that she was not even considering her own safety at the time.

Fluker also described what happened when she considered reporting the incident. She approached colleagues who had witnessed the encounter, but a senior producer allegedly discouraged her from taking the matter further.

“I don’t think you should say anything because what they’re gonna do is prioritize talent,” Fluker recalled being told.

She described a workplace culture where employees were expected to “take it on the chin,” claiming that production often prioritized cast members over crew safety.

During the conversation, McDonald, who has previously addressed concerns about Bravo crew safety, mentioned hurting himself while working on a show.

Fluker responded by recalling another dangerous encounter involving Porsha Williams. She claimed, “Porsha almost beat your a** with a metal pole,” adding that McDonald had remained focused on capturing content.

Fluker’s account raises questions about the safety of reality television crews and how production teams handle alleged misconduct. However, she did not identify the Housewife involved in the G-Wagon incident.
