RHOC Alum Lynne Curtin’s Daughter Alexa Faces Drug Charge and Homelessness Report

RHOC alum Lynne Curtin’s daughter Alexa Curtin faced another legal setback after police allegedly found drug paraphernalia on her. The July incident unfolded at a Fullerton fast-food restaurant, where officials also listed the 34-year-old as homeless.

The misdemeanor citation added to years of public struggles and legal problems. Months earlier, Alexa had spoken openly about addiction, homelessness, and feeling desperate for help.

Alexa Curtin cited for alleged drug paraphernalia possession

TMZ reported that court documents showed officers cited Alexa on July 21 at a Jack in the Box in Fullerton, California. Police allegedly found an opium pipe during their interaction. The citation identified her as homeless, and authorities cited her for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The outlet also obtained her mugshot.

Alexa discussed her circumstances in a February interview with the Daily Mail. She said she began “drinking heavily” after high school. That habit “snowballed” into pills before she “switch[ed] over to hard drugs.”

Her account included a stark plea: “I’m here, and I’m alive, but I don’t want to be. I’m not trying to get no one’s attention. I am f—king being tortured. This is a cry for help.” That same month, she appeared in an L.A. to You Int. YouTube interview and discussed years of fentanyl use.

Alexa also described traumatic experiences during her time in Los Angeles. She spoke about surviving a s***** assault and losing two fingers in a car accident linked to her drug use. She said her parents had cut ties with her, telling the Daily Mail she didn’t “even have parents anymore.”

Alexa appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County with her mother, Lynne, father Frank and sister Raquel from 2009 to 2010. Lynne, now 71, joined the Bravo series in 2008. She largely stayed quiet about her daughter’s difficulties. Alexa’s legal history also included multiple drug-related arrests and an arrest over an alleged assault involving her then-husband, Michael DeVecchio. They divorced in 2013. She also accused a police officer of r*pe and later received a $2.5 million settlement.
