Paris Jackson’s $600M Demand Puts Executor of Dad’s Estate on Notice — Report

Paris Jackson has intensified her legal battle over the estate of her late father, Michael Jackson. She is asking a judge to order the estate to transfer roughly $600 million into a family trust benefiting her and her brothers, Prince and Bigi. Her latest petition centers on a significant allegation about the management of her father’s estate. She alleges that the trust remains unfunded more than 17 years after the singer’s death.

Paris Jackson alleges dad’s family trust remains unfunded, seeking a $600 million distribution, per report

According to Page Six, she filed the petition on October 29, 2026.

The filing requests a transfer of approximately $600 million to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, which benefits the singer’s three children.

Her petition cites estate accounting records showing approximately $850 million in cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2024. She argues that approximately $600 million remains available for distribution after accounting for potential liabilities.

The petition claims that each sibling was supposed to begin receiving income from their respective trust shares upon turning 21. Under their father’s estate plan, the siblings would receive portions of their inheritance at ages 30, 35, and 40.

Prince turns 30 in February 2027, while his sister turns 29 in April 2027.

However, the estate, which John Branca oversees as executor, disputes her allegations. The estate maintains that unresolved legal matters, including an IRS dispute that initially involved $700 million in taxes and penalties, prevent it from fully funding the trusts.

An estate spokesperson also dismissed allegations that Branca withheld or reduced beneficiary payments as a “complete fabrication.” The spokesperson maintained that the estate has already distributed more than $200 million to or for the benefit of Paris and the other beneficiaries.

The latest petition follows months of legal disputes over the estate’s management. Earlier this year, a judge upheld her objection to $625,000 in bonus payments made to outside law firms and ordered the money returned to the estate.

She also continued challenging Branca over financial transparency and access to estate records. More recently, the estate challenged Paris’ request for more than $1.1 million in legal fees.

A Los Angeles judge is scheduled to consider the request on December 4, 2026. Until the court rules, the proposed $600 million transfer remains unresolved, with both sides disputing how the estate should manage the funds.
