Justin Baldoni, best known for his role as Rafael Solano in Jane the Virgin, has recently made changes to his property portfolio. According to reports, the actor sold his Los Angeles home for $2.1 million after relocating to Tennessee with his family.
Justin Baldoni reportedly sold his $2.1 million LA home in August
The American actor quietly sold his Los Angeles property in August 2026, months after moving to Nashville amid his legal dispute with Blake Lively.
According to People, a source close to the actor revealed that Baldoni had not lived in the property for several years.
“He hasn’t lived there in years,” the source confirmed. “The family has been living in Nashville for a bit now, but they moved to Ojai before that.”
Page Six confirmed that the It Ends With Us director sold his three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Culver City, California, off-market in August.
Originally built in 1952, the property sits on a 5,736-square-foot lot. It features a swimming pool, vaulted wooden ceilings and modern finishes.
The 42-year-old actor purchased the fixer-upper in 2017 for $1.04 million. After extensive renovations, he sold it for approximately $1.06 million more than the original purchase price.
Baldoni spent three years renovating the house and previously revealed that he had redesigned it according to Feng Shui principles.
The sale followed his family’s relocation to Tennessee during his legal battle with his co-star, Blake Lively. The former co-stars settled their dispute in May 2026.
Baldoni still owns a five-bedroom estate in California, which he previously listed for $8.88 million. He also owns a home in Nashville, where he currently lives with his family.
