Jenny McCarthy is not ready to give up her breast implants, despite her concerns about toxins and their potential effects on her health. The television personality recently discussed her decision during a conversation on her podcast. She acknowledged that people often question her choice but said she still has a reason to keep the implants for now.
Jenny McCarthy had a reason to stick with her breast implants despite struggles
During Tuesday’s episode of The Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg Show, McCarthy spoke with plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow about the criticism she receives. “A lot of people make fun of me” because she has implants, she said. McCarthy acknowledged that the comments had a point, given her openly expressed concerns about toxins. She said she might reconsider her implants when she is older, but not right now.
McCarthy said she has already opted for a much smaller size than before. However, she wants to keep the implants while she continues wearing dresses and similar outfits. “I am not ready for zucchini titties,” she told Dubrow. Her comments explained why she does not plan to have them removed at this time.
The conversation comes after McCarthy described a difficult two-year health journey in October. She said her problems began with a toothache and led to doctor visits, surgeries, tooth extractions, and unexplained growths. She also said her implants were “literally falling out” and that she later learned she had a much larger issue involving her immune system. At one point, she became so desperate to recover that she lived in a tent.
McCarthy said one doctor eventually advised her to get tested for mold exposure. She later learned she had mold and mycotoxin poisoning. She also said the mold could cause seizures if it crossed the blood-brain barrier. Although she has since undergone a mold detox, she said she felt too paranoid to live anywhere other than a tent. For now, despite her health struggles and the criticism, McCarthy says she is keeping her breast implants.
