‘In the City’ Moves On From Amanda Batula With ‘Bachelor’ Star and 4 Newbies

In the City is reportedly welcoming five new cast members for Season 2 following Amanda Batula‘s departure from the Bravo series.

The new additions include The Bachelor alum Natasha Parker, who recently joined returning cast members for filming in Cancún, Mexico.

According to Page Six, Parker joined Brittany Whitfield, Robert Morrison, Reagan Baker and Barthelemy Jallet as the show’s newest cast members.

Parker previously appeared on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor before joining Bachelor in Paradise. She is also a certified meditation teacher based in New York City and hosts the podcast Hidden Gems with Natasha Parker.

Baker is another reality TV alum, having appeared on HBO Max’s Swiping America in 2023. She also founded House of Reagan, a hair salon in SoHo, and is married to fellow newcomer Jallet.

Whitfield is a New York City-based celebrity makeup artist and licensed esthetician. Her husband, Morrison, is also joining the cast.

Four of the five newcomers — Parker, Whitfield, Baker, and Morrison — reportedly filmed at the SLS Playa Mujeres resort in Cancún over the weekend.

Returning cast members Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Gavin Moseley, Yvonne Najor, Nick Barber, Kenny Martin and Whitney Fransway also attended.

Cameras captured the cast at the resort’s beach, spa, and evening celebrations. Cooke performed a DJ set during the resort’s Taste of SLS celebration, which also featured performances by The Chainsmokers and Bomba Estéreo.

Meanwhile, the In the City new cast announcement followed several departures.

Batula, Danielle Olivera, Eoin Heavey, Andrea Denver, and Lexi Sundin are reportedly not returning for Season 2.

Batula’s departure has drawn particular attention amid the backlash surrounding her relationship with West Wilson.

She has also spoken about the online bullying and criticism that influenced her decision to step away.

However, insiders have offered conflicting accounts of why she declined to return.

One insider claimed Batula turned down a proposed part-time role because Bravo would not allow her to film with Wilson. A second source denied that claim, saying the timing was not right for either Batula or Wilson.

A third insider alleged that Bravo was unwilling to meet Batula’s salary demands.

Page Six reached out to Bravo for comment on the new cast members, but the network had not responded when the report was published.
