Hila Klein has filed for divorce from Ethan Klein. The filing comes two weeks after she accused her husband of having an affair that lasted more than six months. The couple, who co-hosted the H3 Podcast, share three children.
Hila Klein reportedly seeks joint custody of her three sons with Ethan amid cheating allegations
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the H3 podcast star, filed to end the couple’s 14-year marriage. The documents reportedly list October 10, 2012, as their wedding date and October 13, 2026, as their date of separation.
Hila seeks joint custody of their three sons: Theodore, 7; Bruce, 4; and Sunny, 2. She is also requesting spousal support and reimbursement of her legal fees from Ethan, 41. The podcast has also demanded the restoration of her maiden name, Hacmon. She is reportedly being represented by celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser, whose former clients include Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears and Johnny Depp.
On October 23, Hila publicly accused Ethan of infidelity in an Instagram statement.
“I am living in a nightmare I can’t wake up from. My husband has been having an affair. I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months. I am tired of lies,” she wrote.
She also said that she had sensed something off and confronted her husband about it. Ethan, however, made light of the subject before admitting to the infidelity. “I could sense something was wrong” and “tried to ask [Ethan] questions and share my concerns and hurt feelings,” she explained. However, she said she was “met with dismissive answers and no action.”
“Eventually, he was caught in a lie, and I knew I was done,” she continued. “But the lies continued. ‘It was just a kiss’ became ‘it was emotional cheating.’”
Hila confessed that the betrayal was difficult to bear. She is currently handling her divorce and is focused on their co-parenting arrangements. “The betrayal I feel is immeasurable.” H3 has also issued a statement condemning Ethan’s actions and professing support for Hila. Ethan has also suffered backlash from former acquaintances and celebrities.
