Melissa Rycroft was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI) on November 1, months after receiving probation for a previous offense.
The former Bachelor star faces several charges following her latest arrest, including an allegation involving a collision that caused vehicle damage.
Melissa Rycroft faces a second DWI charge
According to TMZ, Tarrant County jail records show that authorities arrested and booked Rycroft on Sunday, November 1.
The latest case followed her August 2026 sentencing in connection with a September 2025 DWI arrest. Rycroft pleaded guilty in the earlier case and received 20 months of probation.
Her sentence also required her to pay approximately $2,000 in fines and court costs.
Additionally, the court ordered Rycroft to complete 36 hours of community service, attend a DWI education course and undergo a substance abuse evaluation.
Her plea agreement also prohibited alcohol and drug use throughout her probation period.
Despite those conditions, the Bachelor alum now faces another DWI allegation just months after her sentencing.
Authorities charged Rycroft with driving while intoxicated and driving with an invalid license. The latter charge involved a prior conviction or suspension and financial responsibility requirements.
She also faces a charge related to a collision that allegedly caused damage to another vehicle.
According to Southlake police, the incident involved a Southlake Fire Department ambulance on October 31. Authorities said another vehicle struck the ambulance while it was stopped at a stop sign before leaving the scene.
Officers subsequently identified Rycroft as the driver. Police reported no injuries following the collision.
Although the new arrest occurred during Rycroft’s probation period, reports have not confirmed whether a court has formally found a probation violation.
Rycroft has not publicly addressed the latest allegations.
For now, the latest arrest marks a second DWI case for the reality TV personality, with the outcome of the new charges still unresolved.
