Britani Bateman gained significant attention after joining Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. However, the reality star has also drawn attention for her personal life, particularly her relationship with her daughters. Now, Bateman has shared an update on where things stand with them.
Britani Bateman says her relationship with daughters Olivia and Taylor is better than ever
The reality star appeared on Wednesday’s episode of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, where she discussed her career, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and other topics. During the conversation, Bateman shared an update on her relationship with her daughters, Olivia and Taylor.
Bateman described their relationship as “absolutely amazing. Better than ever. Olivia’s living with me. [And] Taylor’s a filmmaker all over the world.”
Bateman’s relationship with her daughters deteriorated following her divorce from her first husband. According to Olivia, she was estranged from her mother for nearly seven years.
During an earlier discussion, Olivia said her mother remarried soon after her parents’ divorce and became focused on pleasing her new husband and gaining his approval. Olivia claimed that this caused her and Taylor to feel that they were not their mother’s priority. She also alleged that Bateman treated her stepchildren more like her own children than she treated Olivia and Taylor.
Bateman later revealed on RHOSLC that her second marriage was controlling and toxic. She has described finding herself caught between her husband and her children while trying to create what she believed was a happy family. Eventually, her daughters moved in with their father.
Bateman currently lists her relationship status as single. She was previously in an on-and-off relationship with Jared Osmond, which began in 2023. The couple broke up several times and called off their engagement three times before ending their relationship in February 2026.
