Dorinda Medley’s neighbor is pushing back against claims that she crossed onto the RHONY alum’s Massachusetts property. Court documents obtained by TMZ showed the neighbor disputing Medley’s allegations involving Blue Stone Manor.
The disagreement centers on a shed, fence and driveway that Medley believes extend onto her estate. However, her neighbor has challenged that version of events and maintains that the disputed areas fall within her own property lines.

According to the court documents, Medley’s neighbor denied improperly using any part of the Real Housewives star’s property.
The neighbor argued that the locations Medley identified as alleged encroachments remained within the boundaries of her own land. She also claimed that she had already moved anything that could potentially have crossed a property line.
That directly challenged Medley’s position in the property dispute. TMZ previously reported that Medley believed her neighbor’s newly constructed shed, fence and driveway extended onto Blue Stone Manor.
The two sides also disagreed over whether Medley repeatedly asked her neighbor to address the issue before the lawsuit. The neighbor claimed she never received the repeated demands Medley allegedly made concerning the disputed structures.
The filing therefore presented two competing accounts of what happened along the properties’ boundaries. Medley maintained that parts of her neighbor’s improvements encroached on her estate. Meanwhile, the neighbor denied doing so and argued that the structures remained on her own land.
The source did not indicate that a court had determined which version was correct. It also did not say that a judge had ruled that any encroachment actually occurred.
Blue Stone Manor has long been closely associated with Medley through her appearances on The Real Housewives of New York City. The latest dispute has now placed the Massachusetts estate at the center of a legal disagreement with a neighboring property owner.
For now, Medley’s neighbor appears prepared to contest the allegations as the property dispute continues.
