Prince Harry’s ‘Victim’ Card Has Failed Miserably, Claims Piers Morgan

Piers Morgan has sharply criticized Prince Harry, noting that he has played the victim card for a long time. Speaking to Megyn Kelly, Morgan has also questioned the motive behind the Duke of Sussex’s return to the U.K.

During his October 21 appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show, Morgan took aim at Prince Harry. He said, “He’s like he’s just walked out of a therapy session where he talks about himself for eight hours.” He added, “And he genuinely thinks we all see him as some kind of enormous victim, when in fact, I see him very squarely, and I think you share my view, as the perpetrator of all this stuff.”

Morgan also commented on the Sussexes’ repeated attacks against the monarchy. He insisted that Harry did not take into account the difficult times they have faced.

“For five years, him and his wife have been yapping away about the royal family, about Britain, about the monarchy, trashing all of their family members, from the queen to the now king, to his brother, William, to Catherine. And let’s not forget, doing all this while Prince Philip was dying, Queen Elizabeth was dying, Charles then gets cancer, Catherine gets cancer, and nothing stopped these two.”

He argued that their return was linked to financial pressures rather than reconciliation. “And all that has stopped them, and all that’s changed, is the American dream, which they proudly told us was going to be their rescue move away from this dreadful country of ours over here, has gone belly up,” he said.

Harry, however, offered a different explanation in a recent GQ interview. Discussing his strained family relationships, he said, “The most important thing is to reconcile.” He also cited the opportunity for his children to attend school in Britain as an important factor in returning.

Morgan has consistently criticised the Sussexes. He has often made sharp comments following the Sussexes’ stepping away from royal duties in 2020.
