As the son of Superman star Christopher Reeve, Will Reeve may be famous because of his father, but he also has his own personal fan base. He recently shocked all of them when he opened up about his cancer diagnosis and revealed that he has recovered. However, during his cancer battle, the actor’s son had one major fear, which a journalist has now revealed.
Will Reeve opens up about his fears after undergoing cancer treatment
Recently, Good Morning America shared a video on Instagram in which the TV journalist spoke about his cancer journey. During the conversation, Will Reeve also discussed the fear he experienced throughout his journey.
Superman star Christopher Reeve’s son Will Reeve interviewed Kevin Spies, Dr. Freeman McCluskey, and Will Sette, who, like him, also battled cancer at the ages of 31, 28, and 14, respectively. During the interview, Will Reeve revealed that throughout his cancer battle, he was “worried about being a burden” to the people in his life, including his wife, Amanda Dubin.
Later, he said, “I’m so sorry for all of my loved ones who are dropping everything to be with me throughout this whole thing.” While admitting it, he makes “a lot of jokes about it.”
During the interview, Will Reeve was not the only one who opened up, as all three guests also shared their cancer journeys, making the conversation quite emotional. For context, Will Reeve recently opened up about his own cancer battle, as we covered previously. The famous actor’s son revealed that doctors diagnosed him with testicular cancer in April.
The journalist is now completely cancer-free and has returned to work, as we can see. Not only that, but during the interview, he also said, “I am here doing my job, grateful to all of you and to everyone that we work with and everyone who has reached out.”
