Milania Giudice received professional support following a recent emotional incident at Tampa International Airport and concerns about her mental health.
Her representative, Marina DeSantis, said Milania remained with loved ones while professionals worked with both her and her family. The update came after the 20-year-old appeared in a since-deleted video during an emotional exchange with her mother, Teresa Giudice, at the airport.

As per TMZ DeSantis said Milania’s family and friends had focused on supporting her through a particularly difficult period.
DeSantis also connected Milania’s recent struggles to the loss of her best friend, Victoria.
“Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,” she said.
The representative added that Milania’s health and recovery remained the priority.
“Milania is a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period, and our focus right now is simply on her health, healing and well-being,” DeSantis said.
The update followed an incident at Tampa International Airport on Wednesday. A since-deleted video showed Milania having an emotional exchange with Teresa Giudice as police officers stood nearby.
Authorities responded to assist at the airport, but police did not arrest anyone, transport anyone for medical treatment or name anyone in a police report.
The airport incident followed Milania’s hospitalization amid mental health concerns, including reported suicidal thoughts. Her family and mental health professionals then continued caring for her after her release.
DeSantis also said Milania could eventually choose to speak publicly about what she experienced. She hopes to help other young people facing similar struggles. For now, however, the family asked for privacy and compassion.
Milania became known to viewers through Teresa’s appearances on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The RHONJ family had continued to support her privately as professionals focused on her well-being.
