The video also features The Stage, the trade paper that ran the 1994 ad seeking members for the group. The Spice Girls will reveal more at 9 a.m. ET and 2 p.m. BST on Sept. 10.
The teaser tells fans they will need a “vinyl or CD player,” which has sparked more theories. Fans also spotted what could be a Nov. 6, 2026 date in the fictional phone number “(1009) 061126.” The timing could connect to the 30th anniversary of the group’s debut album, Spice. The group celebrated 30 years of “Wannabe” earlier this year, while the album turns 30 in November.
The mystery has also reignited the discussion about the reunion. Mel C previously said there was no Spice Girls reunion planned for 2026, although she added that the group wanted to do something together in the future. The last time Geri, Mel B, Mel C and Emma toured together was in 2019. Victoria last performed publicly with the group when all five members reunited for the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony.
