Callum Turner shared a surprising story from his teenage years during his appearance on the Season 30 finale of Hot Ones. The actor revealed that he broke into Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge twice to watch the club’s famous match against Barcelona.

Speaking to host Sean Evans, Turner said he was around 13 or 14 years old when he and his friends decided to sneak into the stadium shortly after the first half had kicked off. “I was 13 or 14 and Chelsea were playing Barcelona. And it’s a famous game. Ronaldinho scores this incredible goal. And it was maybe the first half had just kicked off. And we broke into the stadium.”
He also revealed that they were not the only people to break into the stadium to watch the game. “And it was the combination of the exhilaration of breaking into the stadium.”, said Callum adding “And we were right at the very top. And there was maybe 200 other people that had done it.” Then he went on to reveal, “And we’re watching this game. And then we got kicked out. And we broke in again…”
Turner said he was with his best friend Adam and a few others when they managed to get back inside. You know it was like a real sense of pride.”, he recalled how exciting it was to watch Barcelona, led by Ronaldinho, take on the club he supported.
Remembering a moment from the match, the 36-year-old actor said, “We scored a fourth goal. It was a header. John Terry scored the header. And I just remember it was like carnage.”
Besides recalling the Stamford Bridge incident, Turner also spoke about getting thrown off a horse while preparing for Glue, reaching 46 rowing strokes per minute while filming The Boys in the Boat, shooting 46 takes for a single scene in Tramps, and why he believes Free Willy is still a classic.
