Zach Bryan had already been making plenty of noise onstage, but his latest move happened far from the spotlight. The country star quietly bought a sprawling Tennessee estate with enough bells and whistles to double as a private music compound.
The purchase came in February, months before Bryan packed Robert Kraft’s Gillette Stadium and broke its attendance record. The nearly 40-acre property near Franklin also gave the singer something every musician dreams about: a professional recording studio at home.
Zach Bryan spent $18.25 million on a sprawling property near Franklin, Tennessee
TMZ reported that Bryan paid $18.25 million for the Leiper’s Fork estate. Property records and sources with direct knowledge confirmed the purchase, which covered nearly 40 acres in the Franklin area. The main residence spanned 5,035 square feet and featured four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a wraparound porch. Sweeping countryside views also came with the hefty price tag, because apparently $18 million needed a little scenery.
The grounds offered plenty beyond the house itself. Two stocked ponds, a saltwater infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, and formal gardens surrounded the property. Walking trails and ample privacy rounded out the retreat. Still, the entertainment barn sounded like the real headline. The 5,300-square-foot space included a grand bar, video wall, and two stone fireplaces. It also had a game room, gym, catering kitchen, and two bedroom suites.
A two-car garage rounded out the massive structure. Then came the feature that made the property especially useful for Bryan: a professional recording studio. The setup meant Bryan could work on music without leaving his own property. That seemed particularly fitting for a songwriter whose career had grown far beyond the intimate spaces associated with his early rise.
And his timing looked pretty good. TMZ reported that Bryan later drew 73,538 fans to Gillette Stadium, setting an attendance record at Robert Kraft’s venue. The stadium milestone arrived only months after the estate purchase. Bryan therefore had plenty to celebrate, whether he wanted to write the next song at home or play it for tens of thousands of fans.
