Eric Roberts says Meghan Markle will ‘blow everyone’s mind’ with her comeback
Eric Roberts from “Suits” has reportedly been excited for his co-star, Meghan Markle’s acting comeback. The Duchess of Sussex left the industry when she got engaged to Prince Harry. At the time, she was not planning to return, but her plans changed after moving to California. Last year, she made headlines for looking into new TV/movie projects.
Rooting for her, Markle’s fellow actor from “Suits” shared his opinion on her return at a red carpet event, the Daily Mail reported. He said, “I think she should come back. I think she will come back. And I think she’s going to be fantastic and blow everybody’s mind.”
He appeared with his wife, Eliza, who is a casting director and manager. She also cheered for the duchess and praised her. “It is time. And Meghan needs to come back to work. I feel like her whole family will support it, and she is amazing,” she stated.
Furthermore, Roberts’ spouse also mentioned that Markle left the popular TV series because of her character. She played the role of paralegal Rachel Zane, which might have raised concerns within the royal family. Eliza also claimed that the mother of two had a “star quality.” Moreover, the casting director hinted that Markle would have returned to acting in the future.
Meanwhile, the As Ever founder has been in the news due to an alleged conflict between her and Prince Harry and Netflix. Reports suggested that Ted Sarandos, the co-chief executive officer of the streamer, had allegedly unfollowed the duchess on Instagram.
