Blac Chyna is facing a six-figure tax lien years after her child support arrangement with Rob Kardashian changed. The California Franchise Tax Board reportedly filed a $116,732.37 lien against the reality star for the 2024 tax year.
The development comes years after Kardashian stopped making the $20,000 monthly child support payments he initially agreed to provide. The former couple shares a nine-year-old daughter Dream, and their financial arrangement changed in 2019.

According to Page Six, the California Franchise Tax Board filed the lien against Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White. Kardashian initially agreed to pay $20,000 per month after the former couple reached a custody agreement in 2017. However, he sought to reduce the payments in November 2018, arguing that he could no longer afford them and that their breakup had hurt his earning potential. He also discussed how the separation affected his finances.
The former couple reached a new agreement in March 2019. Under the arrangement, neither parent would pay child support. Instead, each would cover Dream’s expenses during their respective parenting time, while they would split certain costs, including medical and school expenses.
Chyna later described raising her children without formal child support as her “biggest flex” during a 2020 SiriusXM Hip Hop Nation interview. “Just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she said.
In March 2022, Chyna said she had surrendered three cars because she was receiving “no support” as a single mother. Kardashian disputed her claim, saying he paid $37,000 annually for Dream’s schooling. He also said he covered her medical bills and extracurricular activities and had her from Tuesday through Saturday.
Tyga, the father of Chyna’s son King Cairo, also responded to her comments. He said he paid $40,000 annually for their son’s tuition and that King lived with him from Monday through Saturday. A 2023 custody settlement gave Chyna time with King from Friday through Monday. They shared legal and physical custody, and Tyga was not required to pay child support.
Chyna and Kardashian later sparked speculation about a possible reconciliation. In October 2025, she shared photos of herself wearing an all-white outfit, tagged Kardashian, and wrote, “This love is forever.” He liked the post.
Days later, Chyna addressed their relationship at the Los Angeles Women’s Expo, saying they were “healing,” communicating, and “just going with the flow.”
“We’re just taking our time. I’m excited. He’s my person,” she added, while saying that a reunion would depend on God’s will. By December 24, however, she had declared herself single.
