Angie Katsanevas and Shawn Trujillo proved that their split hasn’t stopped them from celebrating Halloween together. The RHOSLC stars, whose separation made headlines in July 2026 after 27 years of marriage, reunited for the spooky occasion. Their 15-year-old daughter, Elektra, joined them as the family dressed up as members of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe.

Angie gave fans a glimpse of the celebration by posting photos on Instagram on October 31. The reunion came nearly four months after news of their separation broke. The couple married in June 1999.
In a September interview with Us Weekly, Angie said, “I think for a long time I was quiet about things that I was going through, so I could show up for other people. And I’ve gotten to the point where I’m being more open about what’s going on, and sometimes that can make it — it can be harder because I’m trying to show up for my daughter right now.”
Following news of the separation, Angie revealed that she and her daughter had leaned on each other throughout the summer. She described motherhood as the “most important role in my life” and said she didn’t mind putting her friendships on hold to ensure Elektra felt supported.
The couple’s marital struggles have played out on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City over the years. The Bravo series documented their difficulties during Season 7. In Season 4, Shawn faced allegations of infidelity involving several men, which he denied.
He told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, “For me, it’s not a gay-straight thing; it’s an infidelity thing. We love our gay community. We’ve been embedded in it for 30 years now just based on what we do for our business. But I’m here to support Angie, and I’ll take the hits.”
