Avengers: Secret Wars could feature an unexpected moment, according to a new claim from a Marvel scooper. The post has prompted speculation about which character, if any, might appear nude in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie.
Insider @MyTimeToShineH wrote on X, “Someone will go nude in Avengers: Secret Wars.” However, the post does not name the character or explain the scene. Marvel Studios has not confirmed the claim, so it should be treated as an unverified rumor.
Who do MCU fans think will be nude in Avengers: Secret Wars?
Fans have already speculated about which character could be involved if such a scene is part of the upcoming MCU project. Some of them named popular heroes, while others pointed to characters they would like to see in the scene. However, these reactions are personal guesses and do not confirm who, if anyone, will appear nude.
@AbrarAhmed28981 wrote, “Please be Wanda.” @GreyDwa2020 joked, “Vision is already naked, so him.” @querosen_003 added, “Logan or Hulk, sure.” @ChrisDangen commented, “Please be Florence Pugh again.”
@iamchrispjr expressed a wish to see Spider-Man involved, repeatedly writing, “Please let it be Spider-Man.” @Ravensall333 opposed that, stating, “Let’s not.”
The MCU has included brief nudity before, though it remains uncommon in the franchise. For instance, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania briefly showed M.O.D.O.K.’s bare backside. That moment provides some context for the latest speculation, but it does not confirm that Secret Wars will include a similar scene.
Anthony and Joe Russo are directing Avengers: Secret Wars, with Stephen McFeely writing the screenplay. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 17, 2027, following Avengers: Doomsday, which is set for December 18, 2026.
Marvel has not officially revealed the full plot of Secret Wars, leaving many details about the movie or its characters under wraps. Hence, the rumored nude scene remains unconfirmed.
