American actor claims that Modern Family star didn’t offer him emotional support while he was battling a life-threatening autoimmune disease between 2015 and 2023. He also alleged that Sofia refused to hug him when he was seriously ill. Joe reportedly adopted a Chihuahua for emotional support during his illness. However, he claims the actress mocked him for his decision.
