In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Mowitz claims Green has been dishonest about her relationship with Kroy for months. He also alleges that her filings in their divorce contain “untruths.” Mowitz says he does not object to Green dating Kroy but has concerns about Kroy being around his children.
Mowitz pointed to allegations about Kroy’s behavior as part of those concerns. He claims Kroy has been accused of unpredictable behavior, which makes him fear a possible risk of danger or harm to the children. Mowitz wants the judge to restrict Kroy’s contact with them and says he has had enough of the situation.
Mowitz also addressed allegations involving his own relationship with Green. He denies cheating on Green with Kim Zolciak. Instead, he claims Green committed adultery during a Las Vegas trip in 2024 and alleges that she admitted to doing so during her deposition.
The filing comes as Mowitz and Green continue their divorce case. Mowitz claims Green’s relationship with Kroy has added to the conflict and wants the judge to consider his concerns when making decisions involving his children.
