According to TMZ, Pamela rejected Tenisha’s claims that Malcolm failed to follow his prenuptial agreement. Tenisha claimed Malcolm promised her and their daughter, MacKenzie, a $1 million life insurance policy. Pamela said she offered to give MacKenzie most of the trust Malcolm left behind. She also stated that Tenisha refused to settle the conflict privately despite her efforts.
Pamela said her offer included a one-time payment and the rest for MacKenzie. That included a $2 million life insurance policy, a separate Georgia trust, and a $2.4 million retirement plan for Tenisha. Pamela said Malcolm used the Georgia trust to buy a home for his wife and daughter. She also said the retirement plan went to Tenisha and remains worth $2.4 million.
Pamela said the dispute should not focus on “Tenisha or her feelings” or what either side believes it deserves. She said Malcolm always made his wishes clear about his mother receiving part of his estate. She now wants the court to approve her settlement with MacKenzie’s court-appointed guardian and dismiss Tenisha’s separate Georgia lawsuit.
Tenisha previously sued Pamela over Malcolm’s estate. She claimed Malcolm promised to provide for her under a 2022 prenup and keep a $1 million life insurance policy with her as the only beneficiary. Tenisha stated that he had never secured the policy prior to his death in July 2025 at the age of 54. She also claimed Malcolm owed her about $1.2 million for unpaid monthly payments tied to her work as his chief of staff and assistant.
