Prince William is reportedly prepared to skip royal family gatherings if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are invited. According to a source cited by Heat World, the issue could become particularly difficult as the family considers its Christmas plans at Sandringham.
The report claims William felt shocked and enraged when he learned that Harry and Meghan planned to visit the U.K. last month. He allegedly “threatened to boycott” family events at Sandringham in the near future.
The Telegraph has reportedly raised the question of whether the Sussexes will receive a personal invitation from the King. Sources said Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet would “not automatically be included” on the guest list.
Heat World’s source claimed Charles wants the Sussexes included because they remain family, despite no longer being working royals. “The Christmas guest list is not going to be an easy task because Charles wants the Sussexes included in family functions, and that’s going to make things mighty uncomfortable for William,” the source said.
