Noah Wyle has earned a major career milestone, receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Pitt star became emotional as he reflected on the honor and gushed about his family for their unwavering support.

Noah Wyle received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, April 9. During the ceremony, The Pitt star opened up about the milestone and how he was feeling at the moment.
When asked by Entertainment Tonight about this stellar achievement following his decades-long career in the industry, the actor gave an emotional response. “You’re kind to say decades, I’m coming up on half a century,” Wyle said.
“It’s extremely emotional. I was really pleased that I didn’t get this lump in my throat that I thought I was going to get and make it difficult to talk. Because I really wanted to say thank you to a lot of people today,” the actor added.
Wyle also opened up about his wife Sara, who made a cameo in The Pitt, making a possible return to the show. “I think Ashley Davis is a very important character that obviously needs to be recurring at some point,” Wyle said, before assuring, “We’ll have to figure out how to bring her back.”
Wyle gave a special shoutout to Sara and his three kids Frances as well as Owen and Auden whom he had with his former wife Tracy Warbin, during his speech at the ceremony.
“To my wife, Sara, and my three amazing children, Owen, Auden and Frances, you are my north, south, east, west. You are the reason I get up,” the Emmy-winning star said. “You’re my motivation to try harder. You’re the source of my creativity. I thank you for your inspiration and for giving my life meaning and definition,” he added.
