David Moyes Has “Two Games Left” to Prove Himself at Manchester United

David Moyes‘ future as Manchester United manager will be decided in the club’s next two games, it is being reported this week.

Moyes, who has led United in one of the illustrious club’s poorest ever seasons, will face the chop if he does not make some drastic changes in his squad’s next two meetings against Olympiakos in the Champions League and Manchester City.

Old Trafford insiders allegedly believe that if Manchester United do not get reasonable results in these games, Moyes will be forced to step down from his post at the club.

This news comes after Moyes was criticised by one of his former Everton colleagues, youth academy manager and former Ireland international Kevin Sheedy, via Twitter, who posted: “Moyes was never interested in our youth team or players. In seven years, Moyes showed no interest in our team.”

It remains to be seen whether these reports are true, though judging from Moyes’ incredibly disappointing season, it’s not exactly difficult to imagine that Manchester United chiefs are lining up a replacement already.
