After a two year engagement, Rebecca Romijn, 34, and Jerry O’Connell, 33, were married in front of 100 friends and family on Saturday in a private ceremony in Los Angeles. This is the second marriage for Romijn and the first for O’Connell.
It was a perfect celebration and Jerry and I couldn’t be happier,” Romijn tells PEOPLE. The couple met in the fall of 2004 when Romijn was scouting for her documentary Wet Dreams, about choreographing the fountains at Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel and Casino. “We met Jerry at a party,” Romijn told PEOPLE. “We told him what we were doing and he was like, ‘You’re making a documentary out of this? I want to be the boom operator!’ He was totally game.”
Well, of course he’s going to be game. Rebecca Romijn has been hot for most of my life and she’s still getting it done at 34. Jerry O’Connell probably camped out at the altar like he was in line for Star Wars.
