Chris Pratt is returning to Prime Video‘s popular TV show with high-stakes action, suspense, and a relentless new threat. The studio has released first-look images of the cast and the locations nearly five years after the original season’s debut.
The Terminal List Season 2 first-look images offer a new look at Pratt as James Reece in the show. The photos also include other appearing characters, a shooting range session, and new outdoor locations. All of them indicate that the new season will raise the bar with intense action while expanding the story of its predecessor.

The first season, which debuted in July 2022, received lukewarm reactions from professional critics. However, it resonated well with the audience, and the studio later released the prequel series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf in 2025. The show focuses on Ben Edward’s backstory, who is a close teammate of Reece. The franchise has accumulated more than 100 million viewers globally to date.
What do we know about The Terminal List Season 2 so far
Prime Video has confirmed the sequel will have a total of eight episodes, the same as the original season.
The upcoming season adapts Jack Carr’s second novel, True Believer. It sends Reece on a journey of violent redemption after he completes his mission in Season 1. This time, the story expands into a globe-trotting espionage thriller. Reece will travel across the Indian Ocean, Southern and Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. His new mission uncovers a dangerous conspiracy stretching from Moscow to Langley, one tied directly to his own family’s history.
Chris Pratt reprises his role as James Reece alongside several familiar faces. Tom Hopper will return as Raife Hastings, while Constance Wu comes back as Katie Buranek. Other returning favorites include Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry.
The new season also introduces Gabriel Luna as Freddy Strain, joined by Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo, and Shiraz Tzarfati.
The series is executive produced by Chris Pratt through Indivisible Productions, alongside writer and showrunner David Digilio, author Jack Carr, Antoine Fuqua, and Kat Samick, former Army Ranger and writer Max Adams, and former Navy SEAL, writer, actor, and technical advisor Jared Shaw.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios, MRC, and Civic Center Media, The Terminal List Season 2 will arrive on October 21, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video.
