The Kitchen fans want it to be renewed after reunion episode
The Kitchen aired a special episode on October 31, 2026, after being canceled last year. “Hello, and welcome to The Kitchen!” co-host Jeff Mauro said in the episode. He continued, “We are taking your taste buds on a culinary journey like no other with some of, I promise you, the best international bites. We’re bringing you the world on a plate.” The host prepared some mouth-watering dishes. Moreover, the audience got glimpses of Katie Lee Biegel and Geoffrey Zakarian’s trip to the Qatar International Food Festival.
“We had so much fun. Great food from all different countries, and the Qatari food that we had out on our own, as well. I got to try so many great local specialties. I loved it,” Biegel said. At the end, Mauro thanked fans for their support, as he said, “Thanks for joining us. We love you all very, very much.” The show’s production company, Garden Slate Productions, also shared behind-the-scenes pictures from the episode on Instagram.
“Today we’re heading back to The Kitchen and then traveling around the world for some delicious recipes,” the caption read. The caption continued, “Thank you for tuning in and loving this show as much as we do. We have the best fans and had the greatest time stepping back into the kitchen again!”
After the episode, fans began demanding the show’s comeback. “Can the Food Network please bring back The Kitchen??? Isn’t someone on their programming team following social media and have visibility to how many people loved and miss the show?” one fan wrote. Another commented, “SO TIRED of competition shows. PLEASE bring back The Kitchen. The best Food Network show hands down. Love this cast, missing Sunny however.” One fan also commented, “Bring back the Kitchen!!! It’s what the people want.”
