Prince Harry reportedly believes that Queen Camilla is standing in the way of his efforts to reconcile with King Charles. According to a report by Heat World, the Sussexes were waiting for the king to invite them for a private meeting, and despite their best efforts, it didn’t seem to go their way.
The Duke of Sussex seemingly believes that the Queen Consort is to blame for his father’s apparent refusal to meet him. A source said that it is “astounding” to Harry that he hasn’t been able to score a second meeting with the king since they moved back to the UK. “He’s now having to accept that Camilla is likely to blame,” the source added.
According to the source, several people have quietly informed Harry that Camilla is preventing Charles from meeting his younger son’s family. Insiders say the news “shocked” the Duke of Sussex, given that the Queen welcomed him warmly when they met over the summer.
The source said: “She acted as though it was all water under the bridge and things would be grand between them all going forward. His father seemed to be in the mindset too, which is what gave Harry the push to move back; he thought it was all going to get better.”
Furthermore, the source explained that Harry has begun to realize that Camilla hasn’t really forgiven him for what he wrote about her in his memoir. The Duke of Sussex thinks that Camilla is deliberately keeping him and the Duchess away from Charles.
