The caption read, “I love looking back on chapters of my life. This is a throwback to when I traveled across Botswana with Prince William for @tusk_org [a charity focused on African-driven conservation]. It was a fascinating journey and a privilege to spend time with the future King, while he shared his passion for conservation. Something we are both passionate about.”
The broadcaster went on to reveal, “When I was younger, I was often mistaken for Prince William. People used to stop me all the time and ask where my security were?” Looking back at his long-standing connection with the royal family, Fogle further recalled a particularly special night spent camping with both William and Harry in Botswana’s Okavango Delta. He noted that the experience was later turned into a documentary which is still available to watch online. It ended with him running the Lewa Marathon in support of the Tusk Trust.
