According to PEOPLE, Lady Gaga’s former penthouse is listed by Douglas Elliman for just under $7 million. The 3,700-square-foot duplex features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a private rooftop deck overlooking Midtown Manhattan.

The first floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with an office, kitchen, and spacious living and dining area. A fireplace and oversized windows add to the home’s open layout. Upstairs, the primary suite features a skylight, walk-in closet, and direct access to an outdoor terrace.

The property also offers luxury building amenities, including a doorman, resident manager, gym, and storage facilities. Property records show the penthouse last sold for $6.1 million in 2018.

Elliman also confirmed that Gaga was not the only celebrity connected to the residence. Former NBA star Carmelo Anthony and comedian Tracy Morgan have also lived there, although it is unclear whether they owned or rented the property.

The building itself has a rich musical history. It stands on the former site of the iconic Hit Factory recording studio. Over the years, legendary artists such as Madonna, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, and The Rolling Stones recorded music there. The studio closed in 2005 before the building was redeveloped into luxury condominiums.
