Prince Harry recently looked back at the time when his son Archie was still a baby. He went candid about how the little Prince could sense his feelings when he took him in his arms. In a recent interview with GQ’s Zach Baron, the Duke of Sussex discussed how he used to feel stressed.

The Prince said, “There’s an energetic piece to this, which I never appreciated, never realized.” He then explained, “But when my son, when Archie was born, and I had to go back into London and do the 40-minute drive in and out of London, I was so stressed with everything that was happening and everything that I was having to deal with.”

Furthermore, Prince Harry revealed what used to happen when he came back home and took his son, Prince Archie, in his arms.

The Duke of Sussex said, “But then I would come back, and I would literally take Archie off of Meghan. And if I was still stressed, he would feel it immediately.” After that, the Duke explained how he tried to let go of the stress and change his energy. The Prince then disclosed that this strategy worked for him.

He added, “And even when I got to the door of the house, I’d be like, ‘Can I just, let’s test this now.’ And I go, and I hold him, and he, like, leans into me. I’m like, ‘Whoa, okay. So the energy is a real thing.'” After that, the Duke of Sussex explained that parents need to be conscious about their feelings, as children can easily pick them up.
