Ex-Prince Andrew‘s previously owned Bentley Flying Spur has reportedly been put on sale on a prestige car supplier website. It’s also the same flashy vehicle that he showed up in during Prince Philip’s funeral. This update comes amid Andrew having launched a legal action against the police over his arrest linked to the Epstein Files.
The former Duke of York’s Bentley Flying Spur was used for major Royal Family occasions
The former Duke of York’s Bentley Flying Spur has reportedly hit the market on the Portland Autos in the Bawtry website. It has been listed for £125,000. While previously owned by Andrew, it was then handed over to a Bentley dealer after he was stripped of his royal titles in 2025 (via The News International).
The prestige car supplier also took to social media to acknowledge the buzz around the car’s sale. They wrote, “One of our recent new additions seems to have made a bit of a stir online. This is a fantastic car with a very interesting story! Whatever your thoughts on the previous owner, it doesn’t detract from the car itself.” According to them, the car was sold “immediately” and has gone to a “great home.”
This news comes as ex-Prince Andrew pursues a judicial review, asking the court whether the police lawfully arrested him and conducted searches of his properties. This is about the warrants used to search his home at Sandringham and his former home, Royal Lodge, in Windsor. He’s the first royal to have challenged the proceedings.
“We are engaged in legal proceedings in relation to warrants previously obtained from the Central Criminal Court. As these legal proceedings are currently ongoing, it would be inappropriate for us to comment further,” the Thames Valley Police said, referring to Andrew’s latest legal move (via The Guardian).
A recent source claimed that King Charles understands his brother’s right to fight the matter legally. However, they also clarified that this shouldn’t be mistaken for him publicly supporting his brother over the legal matter.
