A cow blocked the road in Xinjiang, China, and a local man came to a helpless tourist’s rescue. In a video shared by phoenixtv_news on Instagram with the caption: “A traveler on a self-driving trip in Xinjiang encountered herders’ cattle blocking the road and didn’t know what to do.
