Prince Harry’s fight over security reportedly left him “close to tears,” yet sources say the royal family has shown little sympathy for his distress. The assertion came from several experts who spoke to Fox News Digital, following a Vanity Fair report by Katie Nicholl.
Speaking to the outlet, Kinsey Schofield, host of YouTube’s “Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered,” said, “My understanding is that Harry was deeply emotional.” She added, “[For the royal family], there is exhaustion. The king is frustrated, Prince William is detached, and the broader family has very little appetite for another round of Sussex drama.”
Schofield described the Prince of Wales as the family’s “biggest realist.” She noted that he sees himself as the monarchy’s future. Hence, the 44-year-old weighs every move based on what’s best for the institution he’ll inherit.
“That naturally makes him more cautious than sentimental. He is a good judge of character, and I’m told he no longer recognizes Prince Harry,” explained the commentator.
“King Charles still has the instincts of a father. William has increasingly had to think like a future king.
