Prince Harry praised his family during live interview, claims report
According to a report by the Express, Prince Harry was full of praise for his family during a live TV interview. The Duke of Sussex arrived in London on July 6 for a series of engagements, most notably to promote the Invictus Games.
Earlier reports had suggested that he would be traveling with Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. However, there was reportedly a last-minute change of plans, with Harry allegedly deciding to travel alone due to concerns about his family’s security.
During a live interview on This Morning with host Alison Hammond, Harry spoke warmly about his family. He said he is “proud” of his wife and children. When asked how proud his family is of his work with the Invictus Foundation, Harry replied that they do not talk about it every day, but he knows they are proud of him.
He said, “I’m proud of them. They’re proud of me,” before adding, “I love my family.” As Harry remains in the UK, he is reportedly working with his team on an enhanced security plan so that Meghan Markle and their children can visit the country this weekend without any safety concerns. According to reports, they are not expected to make any public appearances. However, there has been speculation that the family may visit Althorp Estate, the resting place of Princess Diana.
Meanwhile, there is also speculation that the Duke of Sussex could meet with his father, King Charles, during the visit.
