Kim Kardashian’s Monaco Moment Raises Red Flags Among F1 Fans

Kim Kardashian recently attended the Monaco Grand Prix to cheer on her beau Lewis Hamilton, but her behavior raised some red flags. She arrived at the event with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, on Sunday. However, her awkward moment with Sky Sports reporter Martin Brundle has sparked severe backlash online, especially among F1 fans.

Kim Kardashian’s Monaco actions spark severe backlash online

Kim Kardashian was at the Formula 1 race on Sunday to support her boyfriend, seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton. However, her awkward encounter with Martin Brundle left the F1 fans furious. As a result, the SKIMS founder received severe backlash online. The sports fanatics targeted Kim after the broadcaster’s plan for a quick chat with the business mogul didn’t exactly go as planned.

After seeing Kim standing alongside her sister Khloe Kardashian ahead of the race, the Sky Sports icon introduced himself before asking, “How are you today?” Though Kim briefly looked at him and even raised her hand, a member of her entourage leaned in to talk to her. And while this was happening, Brundle said to a man off camera: “You don’t need to push me, mate.”

Even after this, Brundle was keen on talking with the reality TV star. “Normally people will have a quick chat with us, are you enjoying F1?” he asked, before being ignored again. “Okay, Kim and Khloe, so we’re not talking today. I like to believe they might do,” he said before looking over for other interviewees.

Soon after the clip went online, fans shared their reaction on X (formerly Twitter), with one saying, “Unbelievable arrogance. Don’t really know what she’s even “famous” for. Lewis can do so much better than that.” Another person mentioned, “She has no clue who he is. As if she’s ever watched one F1 race.” A third added, “Even if she did deign to speak, I doubt she would have much worthwhile to say. Martin should re-do the gridwalk so he goes up and speaks to fans in the stands instead of ‘celebrities’.”
