Popular ABC host Kelly Ripa is baring her beauty secrets on a podcast. She recently made a surprising confession about a procedure she underwent for better skin. In a new episode of her podcast, Ripa told her guest, Lukas Gage, that she, too, got microneedling done just like him. However, the result was not as expected.

Kelly Ripa is not shying away from sharing the cosmetic procedure she underwent for better skin. In a recent episode of her “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast, Kelly Ripa talked about microneedling after her guest, Lukas Gage, revealed that he was fresh out of a microneedling appointment in Los Angeles.
“Wait, you got microneedling?” she asked before revealing that she did that on her “ass cheeks.” After the revelation, when the “Euphoria” actor asked about her experience, the host gave an honest answer. Instead of the youthful appearance, the host said it’s “just as old as before,” before confessing that sometimes “desperate times call for desperate measures.”
This is not the only time when the star talked about a cosmetic procedure. As per PEOPLE, last February, Ripa opened up about getting Botox in her armpits and showed interest in undergoing a mini facelift. However, she was not sure about breast augmentation.
In a 2025 episode of the “Not Skinny but Not Fat” podcast, Ripa said that since she is “flat-chested,” she has consulted many “boob guy” for the operation. However, after knowing about the things that will be done, she backs out because of the stories that pop up on her mobile. “And, you know, because our cell phones listen to us … It pops up. And I scroll through, like, so many horror stories of boob jobs. It, like, talks me right out of it,” she said.
