Megan Thee Stallion Sends Fans Into a Frenzy Amid Broadway Debut

Megan Thee Stallion wrapped the first night of her Broadway debut in full cabaret mode, stepping into “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” as Zidler on March 24 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. The Houston rapper’s run is set through May 17, and she is the first female-identifying performer to play the role in any production of “Moulin Rouge!” worldwide.

Have a look at Megan Thee Stallion in a bold fit on her Broadway debut:

Megan Thee Stallion wore a red tailcoat-style jacket with black lapels over a corset bodice striped with sparkling metallic lines. The corset had a plunging neckline and was paired with high-cut black bottoms, fishnet tights, and glittering stage boots. Under the red lighting, the costume read ringmaster, nightclub emcee, and showgirl all at once, which fit the wild Paris cabaret world of the musical.

Fans reacted quickly. One wrote, “Real tears I love Megan so muchhhhh”. Another said, “bet she’s adding a lil hot sauce to that moulin rouge flair.” A third added, “Look at the Houston Hottie on broadway.”
