A new report from TMZ claims that Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor after she crashed her car with her son and his friends inside the vehicle. As reported by the outlet, Kim is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage.
The incident allegedly occurred at around 8 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026, when the 51-year-old mother took her son, Parker, and three of his friends to go shopping.
Authorities allege that she struck a parked car in the street but did not stop. Instead, she tried to pull into her driveway, further crashing her Range Rover into the garage door. A neighbor, who saw the incident unfold, called the authorities. Reports add that Scott was taken to the hospital for her injuries. She was released the next morning.
Kim’s attorney, Michael Smith, told TMZ that she was not formally arrested. He also claimed that he is not aware of any active warrant, adding that Kim would turn herself in if a warrant were to be issued.
Scott was married to Eminem from 1999 to 2001 and briefly again in 2006. Eminem made multiple alleged references to this relationship in his songs. The two even share a daughter together, Hailey Jade.
