Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, A-lister Ben Affleck, have reportedly taken their sprawling marital home off the market. They had listed the property for sale in September 2025 for $52 million. However, a PEOPLE article has claimed that, according to property records, the listing was removed on January 26.

After calling off their engagement in early 2004, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their relationship in 2021 and tied the knot in Las Vegas a year later. They bought the Beverly Hills mansion in May 2023 for $61 million. Over a year later, the property was listed for sale at $68 million. In August 2024, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck.
Exactly two years after they first put the property on the market, its price was cut to $60 million. Even that was not enough for the property to get sold. Ultimately, in July 2025, the former couple pulled the property off the market for the first time, only to list it again in September for a much lower price. On January 27, PEOPLE reported that they had taken the house off the market again.
When Affleck and Lopez first removed the mansion from the market, a source told PEOPLE that the decision was mutual. The insider said, “While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss. They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”
The 38,000-square-foot mansion has a dozen bedrooms, twice as many bathrooms, a 12-car garage, a huge guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, and a caretaker house. Additionally, it features several amenities, including a gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and pickleball and basketball courts.
